Since 2016, Uzunlar Gemi has provided workshop-based steel fabrication to the shipbuilding and repair industry.
Uzunlar Gemi Makina İnşaat is a Gebze-based manufacturing company providing steel fabrication services to the shipbuilding and repair industry. We handle every workshop stage of ship steel — from plate and profile cutting to panel fabrication, and from curved-form parts to block assembly.
Shipyards expect panels, blocks and outfitting steel to arrive on time, true to dimension, and with consistent weld quality. We plan cutting, bending and welding work around the shipyard's erection schedule, and carry out delivery in line with the site programme.
We have operated from our facility in Gebze since 2016. Our proximity to the Tuzla, Yalova/Altınova and Kocaeli shipyard basin lets us maintain a close working rhythm with the shipyards, ship repair yards and ship-steel subcontractors that make up our client base.
